All new subscribers receive a 3-day free trial when they first sign up for Fairytale Genie Premium. During this trial period:
- You have full access to all premium features
- You can cancel at any time without charge
- No refund is necessary as you haven't been charged yet
- Your subscription will automatically begin after the trial ends

3. Refund Timeframes
When You Can Request a Refund:
- Technical Issues: Within 7 days of the billing date
- Dissatisfaction: Within 14 days of the billing date
- Billing Errors: Within 30 days of the charge
- Unauthorized Charges: Within 60 days of discovery
⚠️ Important Limitations
- Refunds are only available for the most recent billing cycle
- Excessive refund requests may result in account termination
- Refunds for gift subscriptions follow the same policy
- Processing fees (where applicable) are non-refundable

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

Refund:
- Returns money for current or recent billing period

7. Special Circumstances
Family Accounts:
For accounts primarily used by children under 18, parents/guardians can request refunds on behalf of their family members under the same conditions as regular accounts.
