3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Creation

• Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• Parents/guardians are responsible for managing accounts used by children under 18
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account

Acceptable Use

• Use the service only for creating appropriate, family-friendly content
• Do not attempt to generate inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content
• Do not use the service for any illegal purposes
• Do not share account credentials with unauthorized users

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

Fairytale Genie operates on a subscription basis at $4.99 per month. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the monthly subscription fee in advance
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
• All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Generated Content

• Stories and illustrations generated through our service are for your personal, non-commercial use
• You retain rights to the specific inputs you provide
• Fairytale Genie retains rights to the AI models and generation technology
• Generated content may not be resold or distributed commercially without permission

Content Moderation

We use automated systems to ensure all generated content is appropriate for children. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts that attempt to circumvent our content safety measures.
